Abinav S @RT03687409 Jun 15 One of the worst romance movies out there. I absolutely hated how they climax went by. It seemed like the characters gave me false hope betting back together. Maybe its just bcuz i still havent moved on from my ex, but why invite her to your damn boat? just why? even after its clear, why should they look at eachother like that, after all that has happened. first of all its not a movie where they get back together after breaking up, neither is it a movie where its about them properly navigating through a breakup. I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone, not even if you are jobless and unemployed, or if you have unlimited time to kill. Absolutely hated it. The characters were so relatable. Some of the side plots weren't interesting enough, but the main plot was really great. I love that they didn't end up together, and I like the open ending – it can be interpreted as they might get back together, or stay friends, or never see each other again, and I love it! The idea of a comedy and a drama just typically never really fits for me. Vince Vaughn gave a good performance and Jennifer Aniston also gave a good performance. See more Darcey D @Anna.Tempest Mar 26 This film really shocked me, I was genuinely expecting it to be a funny rom-com where the couple break up and have a territory fight over the shared apartment and consequently fall for each others silly gimmicks as described on the DVD box. However I found this film to be quite depressing with deep misogynistic undertones and what seems to be a deeply unhealthy couple. I may be overreacting as a teenager who hasn’t experienced an adult relationship but the entire film I just felt sorry for Annistons character and marveled at how poorly she was treated!
