While Havoc isn’t a masterpiece, it stands out as a refreshing, high-octane thrill ride in an era dominated by Hollywood’s often pretentious and uninspired output. A few supporting performances lean into over-the-top territory, but this fits the film’s exaggerated tone and remains largely forgivable. The ending, however, goes off the rails.
