See more s F @RT51906756 Jun 20 Not an obvious Hollywood film, to be sure. Hard to watch, both thematically and cinematically. Feels like old-school Kubrick, slow, lingering. Brutally gory first 20 minutes. I find it incredible that this film was even made. It has been a very long time since I stayed through all the credits - and then left my phone on my seat I was so discombobulated. I will never forget this haunting, gorgeous, slow-burn of a film.
