Chris P @Xiao_Proxies Apr 13 Supercondriaque is a French comedy that rides on the charming performance of Romain Duris and a supporting cast that delivers occasional laughs. The premise : a hypochondriac navigating life and love... is amusing and has potential for comedic gold. While there are genuinely funny moments and some clever setups, the film suffers from pacing issues and uneven jokes. Certain scenes feel overly drawn out, and the humor sometimes leans too heavily on absurdity without substance. Duris carries the movie well, but even his performance can't fully overcome the predictable elements and occasional tonal shifts.
