A cheaply made western that paid for Nicolas Cage to play second fiddle to Stephen Dorff of all people, who is doing something with his voice here that makes me concerned for his health. Too often feels like a reenactment the likes of which you'd find at a "Western" tourist attraction. The dialogue is cliche, the action beats feel rote and repetitive, and the costumes all scream "Rentals should be kept clean and are due back by 6pm!" It quickly becomes tedious, with minimal meaningful dialogue and some truly bad acting throughout.
