Even when the filmmaking appears to be rather clunky and awkward, the scenes crackle with energy due to the sharp writing. Years of working for Kapil’s show seems to have added a muscle memory to his humour. Go to Full Review

Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 may not break new ground, but it wholeheartedly embraces its own silliness and sometimes, that’s exactly the chaos audiences sign up for. Go to Full Review

Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 isn’t very much different or apart from what we saw in 2015. But the veteran ensemble’s unapologetic participation in this curated farce is what keeps its boat sailing. Go to Full Review

Unfortunately, the film is dated and ludicrous. There is a modicum of satire, like a spark in the gloom. Go to Full Review

[Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2] offers a handful of entertaining moments and a game cast, yet the stretched runtime keeps it from landing as confidently as it should. Go to Full Review

nomad122 @Nomad122 17h Lately, I’ve been pretty underwhelmed by a lot of films coming out of Bollywood, so this one was a pleasant surprise. It’s an out-and-out entertainer that feels like a throwback to the classic Govinda comedies of the ’90s and early 2000s—where logic often takes a backseat, but the laughs keep coming. I found myself saying, "That’s ridiculous," over and over, yet laughing just as hard each time. Kapil Sharma truly carries the film. He’s the heart and soul of the story and fits his role effortlessly. The female leads feel like the weakest aspect, though not due to their performances, their characters are written more as devices for situational comedy than as fully developed roles. All in all, it’s the kind of light, no-pressure movie that’s perfect for a lazy afternoon when you just want to switch off and have a good time.
