Gino Felino (Steven Seagal) is a Brooklyn police detective whose partner and longtime friend is shot down in the street in front of his wife and children. The culprit is Richie Madano (William Forsythe), a drug lord in the neighborhood who has known Gino since they were kids. With the blessing of his captain (Jerry Orbach), Gino is sent alone into the drug underground to find Richie by any means necessary. Along the way, Gino uncovers secrets about his deceased partner that he never suspected.

Seagal kicked Italian-mafia ass here as a revenge-driven NYPD cop. William Forsythe with his creepy laugh is a menacing villain but is no match for Gino.

Filme bacaninha, o roteiro é mais ou menos, as cenas são bacaninhas, o elenco é maisou menos, e poucos ajudam a melhorar o filme, e o Steven seagan ajuda a melhorar o filme, a história é mais ou menos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e mais relevantes.

This is a great action movie that's as a poor rating down to people not liking Steven Seagal and that most people who watch this movie haven't left a review this is my first review and I love this movie. This is a movie you can watch and chill and not to be taken seriously and the pool scene is legendary when it comes to an action film
