When a dangerous crime wave hits the beach, the legendary Mitch Buchannon leads his elite squad of lifeguards on a mission to prove that you don't have to wear a badge to save the bay. A movie based on a show about brain-baked lifeguards isn't going to stir memories of, say, A Man for All Seasons or The King's Speech or even Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, but within its own parameters, Baywatch knows the territory.

I loved the energy and humor of Baywatch because it knew exactly what kind of movie it wanted to be. Instead of trying to copy the serious tone of the original TV series, the film leaned fully into ridiculous comedy and self-aware jokes. The chemistry between the cast made the movie especially fun to watch. The contrast between the overly serious Mitch and the arrogant, chaotic Matt Brody created constant comedic tension that kept the story entertaining. Overall, I loved Baywatch because it delivered exactly what I wanted: a loud, colorful, self-aware summer comedy that didn’t take itself seriously. It was the kind of movie that’s easy to rewatch, laugh at, and enjoy purely for its fun, chaotic entertainment value.

No se porque a la gente no le gusta, esta película se supone que es una comedia y lo logra a mí por lo menos me da risa y el elenco es chistoso a lo mejor Zac no combina con Rock pero dan risa y eso busca la película a mi mejor el guion está raro y disperso pero siendo el género que es me parece bastante decente la película

I watched this movie and it was the funniest movie I have watched in 2025 after all is a 2017 movie. In my opinion its just a fun movie filled with good jokes and a surprisingly great chemistry between Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron. Definitively worth a watch if you are looking too have a laugh.
