See more diogo13 T @Tua_mera Jul 12, 2026 It’s a cute, fun movie to pass the time, but nothing extraordinary. The idea of mixing 2D animation with the real world in New York is amusing, and Amy Adams is excellent as the princess. See more Bianca C @RT16839553 Jun 21, 2026 This movie is an absolute treasure. Disney making fun of itself and their fairytale tropes while still being family friendly? GOLD. It has jokes the kids can enjoy and adults can just guffaw at. It's got classic animation with new wave animation (for it's time) and real life acting so a little bit of all styles. The writing on the jokes are TOP NOTCH and the musical numbers are great! But what really sells this film is the acting. Amy Adams had been a bubbling ynder the surgave actor and this was her STAR role. No one could've sold it better. Her inheret BELIEF that she is an animated princess sells the entire movie. Of all the times shes been in contention for an Oscar, this one should've been it. James Marsden equally sells his being a clueless yet charming Prince, my gawd. If you love Disney, you'll love this, but the best part? If you're a cynic, you'll also love it. It's truly got something for everyone. If you haven't seen it you're truly missing out. See more Aloft M @RT67346864 May 21, 2026 Where do I even start? This movie is a mixture of fun-loving comedy and a showcase of AMAZING acting. I haven't laughed this hard at a movie since... like ever. Overall, the script was great. The songs were phenomenal, and the characters...? DON'T GET ME STARTED. I LOVE THAT CHIPMUNK. Genuine tears of joy when he popped up. Giselle love story? it was great, but Pip side plot? EVEN BETTER. Pip is the actual MVP of this movie. I couldn't imagine where this movie would be without Pip. Besides he showed representation of people like me. Fat guys who just be weighing down poles, but he was chill and cool with it. If I had to pick between experiencing this movie again and seeing Pip for the first time, or watching my first born grow up? I would IMMEDIATELY pick Pip. Best character ever. 1000000/10 (the extra 999990 are for Pip). I would recommend this movie to anyone, and the soundtrack is like really good too, but mainly because of Pip.
