A trio of solid performances help Fingernails get its thought-provoking ideas across in spite of an occasionally underwhelming story.

This low-key romance is an anti-dote to the dating apps.

This is an affecting romance and a work of compelling social commentary. That's a noteworthy achievement.

...this is a fascinating, complex look at how we look at love through the lens of authority figures and how we can sink into complacency in long-term relationships.

I loved how easily I got lost in the world of Fingernails. How much I liked watching the characters, and especially how hard I laughed. Despite some hairy scenes involving fingernails... this is a surprisingly comfortable watch.

As talented as the cast is (Buckley and Ahmed in particular) certain scenes drag a little too long, and at various points in the third act, Fingernails starts to feel clumsy and forced. The film could easily have been a half hour shorter.

Solid film, had its ups and downs. I was waiting for the machines results to be manipulated by Wilson’s character in the end for some reason.

This move is a must see to me… luckily I didn’t skip it. The messages about love are far more than what you would expect , given through strong interesting metaphors. The actors , the simple aesthetic and the thoughts that provoked are a total must watch.

No dramatic tension. Deadly dull. Embarrassingly childish plot. Why did these fine actors get involved?

Tough to ascertain what the movie really wants to say. All the three leads are very good.

Worst movie ever. The whole premise was shotty. A love computer does not make any sense. Any happily married couple know that love is an action and not an emotion. We all choose who to love. In addition, not only was there and effeminate cuckhold husband but their was a cheating wife that showed that loyalty means nothing.
