David R @RT50948403 2d (SPOILER ALERT) The begining was wondurful paving the way for a good story. I was dissapointed when Sophie died, I expected her to make it to the end. After her death the movie was too monotonous for my liking, but when the plot twist came at the very end I was delightfully surprised immedietly thinking to myself that the film deserves more recognition. I especially like Inspector Uhl's charecter, at first seeming loyal to the prince, but a good police man at heart. It was originally apparently a *short story*. What does that tell you? That, in part, there was not enough substance in it for more. If the author could understand how illusions are made, it would have been more than that/at least so for the movie.
