Jan 27, 2014 ok b movie or 'race movie" fare See more Dec 15, 2009 The film is worth a look, primarily because of it's historical value and being an all black musical. What does the film in is the very amateurish and poor acting. Some fine musical sequences help a lot as does the fun plot.
