Animal pals Alex (Ben Stiller), Marty (Chris Rock), Melman (David Schwimmer) and Gloria (Jada Pinkett Smith) are still trying to make it back to New York's Central Park Zoo. They are forced to take a detour to Europe to find the penguins and chimps who broke the bank at a Monte Carlo casino. When French animal-control officer Capitaine Chantel DuBois (Frances McDormand) picks up their scent, Alex and company are forced to hide out in a traveling circus.

A super-fun circus adventure, full of color and with a frenetic pace. The real highlight is Captain DuBois—the villain is simply iconic and brilliantly carries the entire movie!

Best one of the trilogy, and it still wasn't that great. You can tell they really tried to give a stronger plot here, but it just didn't land for me like the creators were prolly expecting. Still not bad, just wished it was better.

Still brilliant! Seems it grows more with every iteration. Huge adventure this time around. Still very well written and directed. Cinematography still amazing and visually stunning, even more so than predecessors. Whole stellar cast still shines convincingly in character. Lots of action, silliness, sharp wit, calamity, lollygagging, drama, suspense, intrigue, emotion and frantic pace. Very entertaining and captivating, classic all the way ...

Satisfying conclusion to a consistently solid trilogy. The Madagascar franchise isn’t my favorite, but it’s actually pretty consistent, and Europe’s Most Wanted might be the best one. It concluded the trilogy in satisfying fashion, delivering another fun adventure while wrapping the trilogy’s overarching storylines and themes with surprising poignancy. It’s still not a great movie, but I feel like it was a pretty nice way to close out this adventure.
