Questo a tratti si percepisce e si finisce per perdere un po' di interesse visto le continue sfortune del protagonista e soprattutto una fatica ad empatizzare nonostante le sue profonde virtù. Oltre a ciò, risulta del tutto inspiegabile, la totale assenza di clip reali della persona da cui è tratta la storia e che la rendono molto vicina ad un romanzo per bambini. See more Test T @TestTest1 01/09/2024 I watched this on DVD. It's ok, but has nothing special to recommend it. I was expecting it to be funny, but it's not written as a comedy. I was expecting it to be inspiring and uplifting but it is mostly set in the industrial part of South Wales which keeps it well grounded most of the time. Paul's Venice opportunity is cut short, and then things take a turn for the worse back in Wales. The relationship between Paul and Julie-Ann is sweet, and is probably the most memorable part of the story. Over all though, it feels like it was made for television, and does not belong in the Cinema.
