Robert P @Superbad Sep 21, 2026 Righteous Kill = a *1.5* star Movie! See more Shay W @RT24244689 Aug 9, 2026 This movie like some straight to video nonsense with vain stars who demanded they be filmed weight lifting and sitting around on motorbikes. The editing is poor and the soundtrack must have been a bargain. If anything it is incredibly sad that this is only the 2nd movie the two leads appeared together in. Newman and Redford never appeared in a 3rd movie because they felt they were never offered anything as good as their first two collaborations. See more shane O @Shanes_DVD_Shack Mar 8, 2026 The plot twist was obvious from about 20 min in . Over all they did’t develop the characters which leaves you feeling cold . Could have been a better movie but it just didn’t really work . I knew when I had never heard of this movie the reviews would be bad and they sure are See more Ron T @Ron750 Jan 28, 2026 I can't give this an accurate review because I only watched it for 15 minutes. I had an inkling that I wouldn't like the movie with the glorification of target practice in the beginning of the movie. I find it disconcerting that Hollywood that always opposes the right to bear arms for law abiding citizens, and is afraid of firearms, seems fascinated by firearms. Real LEOs take firearms seriously and don't take using them in self defense lightly. I had a friend that was killed in the line of duty, because he hesitated when confronted with taking another human's life. When the movie jumps into the cops becoming vigilantes in 10 minutes with almost no background motivation it became ludicrous. The same characters that they are killing are the ones they support having no bail in real life. I grew up in NYC. I left in 1978, the era of Death Wish and Taxi Driver. Those movies built up to the vigilantism. De Niro should be ashamed when you juxtapose this movie to Taxi Driver. See more Melissa L @Agent99 Jan 17, 2026 De Niro and Pacino had excellent performances, and the plot was strong...and believable. I didn't see the end coming. Forget about the critics, particularly if you like De Niro and Pacino. It's worth your time. See more Ian R @RT23899272 Dec 12, 2025 I expected something good from a film with Dr Niro and Pacino. I was let down. Aside from a threadbare plot, the two of them trying to overcome their age was pathetic. A bad movie with a cast only in it for the paycheck. Don't bother with it.
