Nothing exceptional. Acting was fine, story was fine. Expected more based on some of the reviews in here but all around it is a solid movie. I don’t think there is any rewatch value but it is good enough to keep your attention for the runtime.

Maybe not a 5/5 for some, but if this is your type of movie, you will never forget. It is likely one of the most poignant movies ever made. It does not hold back, especially in its acting. The way its simplicity crushes you should be more recognized. Charlie Tahan is utterly terrifying, but also sad. His capability is potent, and he is just as excellent in Ozark. It may not be a flick you want to watch with others, but it is a must-see as simply a character study. There is a lot to look at, especially given the modern era.

Incredible movie. The atmosphere created, the style put on screen, such an impressive accomplishment across the board, especially for what I assume was a modest budget. There isn't a negative aspect to this movie in my opinion. Most definitely worth the watch!

This movie was a thrill ride and is definitely worth watching. I stumbled on it and watched it blind . I was impressed with the acting, writing, and the story itself. If you are into psychological thrillers that leave you uncomfortable, this one's for you

Super Dark Times portrays its setting well, however it seems to lack a conscience, and its story lacks direction, which translates into lacking a reason for us to care about its characters. Also it seems odd that in the age of cordless landline phones, that it would never cross Josh's mind to call 911 instead of flailing around helplessly.
