More shallow than The Shallows, and lacking the depth of even Deep Blue Sea, this has chuckle-worthy moments but will be forgotten roughly 47 metres down in the lower-echelons of shark cinema.

Nothing in Thrash is going to wow Steven Spielberg, and its adherence to plot logic is elastic to say the least. But as bloody, dumb shark thrillers go, it stays afloat.

As a comedy... it wasn't very funny... I don't understand why every review didn't trash this BS. Worse than bad... Unless it was supposed to be a comedic look at how bad a movie can be.. WTF?

The main characters are poorly acted. Was the script created by AI? That is the question. Some of the acting is very good. A five star budget with challenging… EVERYTHING! The plot for the main characters… Is at best… Early college level writing.

I wasn't expecting much from this which was good as it wasn't fantastic, but I enjoyed it for what it was: a trope-heavy, predictable, somewhat illogical easy watch.

Funny movie idea, but poorly executed. The actors don’t evoke any emotion. There are a few good shots, like the car scene, but beyond that there’s nothing more. Weak CGI, a weak plot at times. One positive point is that it’s short and easy to watch.

A terrible film—awful special effects and extremely poor acting. At one point, you can even hear a baby crying who hasn’t even been born yet. The fuse on a 5 cm grenade takes 15 minutes to explode, just enough time for the sharks to swim over. There’s no story, no connection with the characters, no empathy, no development. Terrible.
