Wyatt Earp and his brothers, Morgan and Virgil, have left their gunslinger ways behind them to settle down and start a business in the town of Tombstone, Ariz. While they aren't looking to find trouble, trouble soon finds them when they become targets of the ruthless Cowboy gang. Now, together with Wyatt's best friend, Doc Holliday, the brothers pick up their guns once more to restore order to a lawless land.

A lot of care and attention were obviously devoted to selecting locations, designing sets, and grooming handlebar mustaches. Much less attention went to making one believe that any of the events took place circa 1879.

A world class Western unceremoniously taken to pasture in the 3rd act Technically the movie is brilliantly made with some iconic dialogue and acting, gorgeous cinematography and production design and a score that made it to the Spotify playlist. The only knock against the technicals is the final montage editing. I felt like it came out of nowhere and hurt the film. On story point, I loved the town politics and the boiling point narrative built up was masterful. The issue, again, is the 3rd act, as it tried to do too much in such a short period of time. The other I should mention is Doc holiday gets sick when he wants to and he's fine the next. Bit convenient. Overall it was a great experience and the extra marks for Val Kilmers Doc Holiday. I'll be you Huckleberry... Oof, the fear is real

A very good movie, with a few moments of greatness. Based on all of the "behind the scenes" drama, it's a miracle this movie is as good as it is.

One of the greatest westerns and movies in general. Very emotional and action packed. Every performance from this cast was just incredible, standouts being Val and Kurt. Only gripe with the film is the love interests being slightly uninteresting but its not enough to bog the movie down. Timeless classic!

It meanders for the first half and is loaded with anachronisms, but it picks up halfway through. And is surprisingly historically accurate in spite of the fact that everyone acts like people in 1992.

Easily in my list of favorite movies I’ve seen. Val Kilmer’s character Doc Holliday is one of coolest characters in any film.
