Jimmy "The Tulip" Tudeski (Bruce Willis), a mob hitman-turned-informant, ratted on the mob and put his life in jeopardy. Now he has moved to suburban Montreal, ostensibly to make a new start. His next-door neighbor is mild-mannered, unhappily married dentist Nick "Oz" Oseransk (Matthew Perry). Nick recognizes Jimmy from the newspaper stories about his mob testimony, and that's when Nick's simple, boring world turns upside down.

The low ratings on this are INSANE! This is one of the best comedy films ever. Matthew Perry is at his all time best with pitch perfect timing in every scene. Just rewatching it after years of insipid junk on streaming has me rolling on the floor like I just took a toke, but I'm stone cold.

Great cast and an OK idea, but it sort of dragged. At only 135 minutes, they still didn't have enough action to keep it moving along. As for comedy, not too many chuckles. Bruce Willis was great as usual. Matthew Perry was outclassed by the rest of the cast. It was hard to believe Natasha Henstridge would fall in love with him.
