Instead of any kind of satisfaction, you’re left with the slightly uneasy sense that you’ve just watched six hours of a man who’s spread himself too thin. Go to Full Review

Enjoy or don’t. No offence, but Ramsay’s got better f---ing things to worry about. Go to Full Review

Much happens, but this expletive-laden narrative is rarely revealing. It lacks flavour. Go to Full Review

I feel for Gordon Ramsay's kid—oof—but struggle to feel his pain. Is someone worth hundreds of millions of dollars so desperate for money that he needs to bail on his family for a month? Go to Full Review

Anyone looking for some major revelation isn’t going to find it in this show... The purpose of Being Gordon Ramsay is to just capitalize on that worldwide fascination with Chef Ramsay, and in that sense it’s a lot of fun. Go to Full Review

Ally M @AllyMacGregor1111 3h Ramsey shows us all the ego without the charm or the humour. A six part advert, for a restaurant which none of us can afford to go to. See more David L @David1972 1d There is very little in this that wasn’t already known. It’s easy enough viewing, but certainly brings nothing revealing apart from a good advertisement for his new restaurant. It falls very short of displaying anything personal about him, bar the fact he is becoming more emotional with age. The 6 episodes were pretty much drawn out affairs, begging questions rather than providing answers. Watch if you wish, but you will find out little about Gordon which you have bot already read or viewed. See more Tom O @Tomorman 2d The documentary wants you to see Gordon as endlessly busy, family-first, and fully invested in a restaurant that has to succeed. It’s a bit surprising the opening doesn’t draw bigger celebrity names, given his profile. It’s shot to try to feel raw and relatable, though the self-awareness can drift into mild cringe. Still, on a bored, wet and windy winter day, it just about holds your concentration after a few tries, Watchable and very obvious in what it’s trying to do. See more Read all reviews
