Aldo G @RT54480587 02/25/2024 It's no Citizen Kane but it does cast a certain spell among Orson Welles fans. My biggest problem is the casting of Danny Huston as Welles. Huston is a good actor. But, I can't think of an actor who can capture the aura of a Hollywood demigod. Huston sounds and looks much like his father, John Huston. REWRITE! Danny Huston is a great deal of fun in the lead (though at times he seems to be channeling his father more than Orson Welles), and the supporting cast is up to the task. Where it runs into problems is with its tone, breezy and tongue-in-cheek at first, but it looses its way as it transitions into darker intrigue.
