Ken T @RT98880415 13 hrs ago I don’t know what everybody’s problem is with this movie. If you’re expecting No Country for Old Men, you’ve obviously gone to the wrong movie, but if you played the video game growing up and appreciate the lore, this is a great flick to watch and just have a good time. The Flashback scenes that are animated are fantastic and I could probably just watch a movie with that alone. It’s one of the better video game adaptations that doesn’t take itself too seriously but delivers what you would expect and want from a movie called "Street Fighter," without being a total cheese fest. I do hope they make the sequel. See more Robert P @Superbad Oct 7, 2026 Street Fighter is a *1* star Movie! See more Timothy B @RT54507179 Sep 18, 2026 Why? Dear god why. It’s like it wanted to be dumber and worse than any action movie that came before it. The cast is all over the place, with Jean Claude Van Damme clearly fueled by cocaine from behind the scenes reports. However, the late, great Raul Julia is brilliant as M. Bison, giving the kind of over the top performance only a professional actor like he could deliver. Behind the camera, writer/director Steven E. de Souza crafts a mess of a movie, with the biggest problem ditching the street fighter story for a military action one. As a result, characters from the game are shoehorned in strange ways, from Chun Li being a reporter to DJ a computer hacker. That being said, the action is fun if a bit crazy, with some solid set designs and pieces. Overall, not a good movie but a good time in a so bad its good way.
