Love that it is set in Knoxville, TN. being from Lake city, TN it is great to see a movie set in TN for a change. See more r 9 @RT00952237 04/10/2020 Not a great film at all, pretty good soundtrack though. 'Road Less Traveled' is led by singer/songwriter Lauren Alaina in her film debut. It entails her portraying Charlotte who is in need of new inspiration for her music career, visiting her hometown in order to do so whilst concurrently planning for her wedding. It's a weak storyline, filled with cringeworthy clichés and predictable plot points. Alaina's acting isn't anything of note, same goes for her co-stars Carine Rice and Ashton DeGroot, among others.
