Oh, not good at all... It's a film that fails on every level, never succeeding either as a comedy or as a cultural portrait. Its attempts at humor are painfully childish and shallow, never eliciting a genuine laugh. Likewise, it offers no meaningful insight into Brazil or its culture; instead, it treats both with a superficial, hollow gaze. In the end, "Balls Up" is a poor film, devoid of substance or lasting impact.
