Connor (Sean Patrick Flanery) and Murphy MacManus (Norman Reedus) have been living in Ireland for several years, working on a farm with their father (Billy Connolly). When they learn they've been charged with the murder of a Roman Catholic priest, the brothers travel to Boston to clear their names. Along the way, they meet Romeo (Clifton Collins Jr.), a street fighter who joins them in their quest to find Concezio Yakavetta (Judd Nelson), a mobster who they think is really behind the murder.

Waited and waited, for this to come out .... amount of gay jokes in the first movie...2 amount in this one to many to count. Could have had a great movie instead it was one really long racist gay joke with no punchline or storyline

I really just had to come and post a review after reading the reviews of the professionals, particularly those posted long after the release. It seems it has become trendy to dump on this film, I guess these guys need to do something to distract themselves while they are waiting for their wife’s boyfriend to let them back in the house, but crapping on a film for delivering what its audience wants isn’t the proper way to channel your repressed feelings. Is it a flawless piece of cinema that will be the tome of a generation? No, but oddly it might speak more to how society is than more refined films. The point is, it doesn’t try to be, nor does it want to be. It is fun, campy, and yes, deliciously violent. I am sure Quentin Tarantino gives it a ringing endorsement for all the foot level videography of Julie Benz (Eunice Bloom), so ignore the downers call up QT, invite him over and have some drinks and enjoy this pure mind candy.

The movie is definitely a sequel to the original and as most sequels are they fall short of the first. The only real criticism I have for this is the character Eunice, she is way to arrogant and just is a horrible replacement to Willem Dafoe's character in the first one. The actress did fine its nothing on her its the character she played doesn't fit the goofy crime theme.
