Nov 27, 2021 It was a good storyline but the kids and grandpa carried the movie. The mom played by Andrea Logan came off stiff and grumpy, she didn't seem to try and connect with the character and give us layers in her part. As a mom on the run from an abusive relationship while still wanting a better life for her kids should have given the audience more but it just came off as the same tone the entire film. I love faith based Christmas movies but this one won't be on my list to watch again. Miracle on Christmas is a great example of an actress playing a mom role who's going through trials that gives us more than a single tone the whole movie.
