The raw honesty, production, videography, and creative writing weave the stories of broken humans and hummingbirds into a lovely tapestry, where the story of compassion and courage continues through both. In particular the mixing of high-speed camera footage of the birds with the time-lapse footage of the flowers was a great artistic choice. It seems like they are going for a more profound message as well, but I don't think it's explicit enough. Definitely good watch. It's also short enough. The movie doesn't drag on too long. Rescuing animals is a form of spirituality. This documentary is beautiful & heartfelt. See more Jim E @RT62503242 05/31/2025 Cute story about amazing little birds, it was a little disappointing there was no scientific explanation on this birds life, it was more of a personal experience of Terry's long term interaction with the neat creatures! Wouldn't it be nice if citizens of our countries had the same passion for our own peoples who are being destroyed by the sick corrupt greed of corporations and cowardly in their pocket politicians!
