Haunted by the killing of his Palestinian childhood friend by Israeli police in 2000, Arab-Jewish queer Israeli filmmaker and activist Roy Cohen revisits their friendship in this intimate cinematic letter. Rooted in their shared youth at a peace camp in Maine, the film moves poetically between memories, bridging past and present as Cohen grapples with grief and identity, while navigating within an increasingly polarized and violent society.
