And that’s where hope begins. See more Robert P @Superbad Sep 10, 2026 Once Were Warriors = a *5* star Movie! See more michael C @MichaelC2 Jul 15, 2026 This movie is so good. One of my all time faves. See more MercersLaw T @RT56563753 Feb 28, 2026 Hard hitting, brutal, upsetting and realistic. Great cast and great writing. A father who doesn't realise how shit he is until it's too late. The return home scene hits hard every time. See more Linda W @LoobyLou Jan 20, 2026 I saw this film years ago. Very thought provoking and my goodness, raw, uncomfortable but most of all, sadness. Just for knowing this is real life and people, families, do go though what the family and community go through. That is scary When I watched it, it was not well known or popular. At a comedy show, a young Australian comedian asked if anybody had seen the film. He asked as if he didn't expect anybody to say yes. His surprise when I commented, followed by delight, was sonething to see Don't watch this film if you want action, lots of gratuitous violence or little reality. It is not for the faint hearted. Watch if you want to see brilliant performances, engrossing storyline and a film you will not forget See more norman w @sandgropermagpie Jan 17, 2026 This is by far the scariest and real movie you'll every see. It's about domestic violence and is superbly acted and directed. It is so real it will give you nightmares. then it'll make you think. them it'll make you act to prevent and protest this sort of violence as much as you possibly can. You will not eat any popcorn watching this movie! See more Read all reviews
