tanner W @RT05923662 Sep 19, 2026 As a doc movie it’s nothing special but the real problem is that the whole Doc is a lie. He was a major alcoholic that was the real cause to the doc. In my opinion this doc requires a warning that it’s not truthful See more Brett L @RT24956711 Sep 18, 2026 People glossing over the fact that this movie is packed full of lies and Mr Spurlock was a raging alcoholic during the filming astonishes me. He didn’t just eat McDonalds for 30 days. He engorged himself on it. Eating way more than he would normally while also drinking heavily. Many people have tried to duplicate his results of just eating their meals at McDonalds and haven’t come close. It’s really sad after all these years people still deify him and this fake ass movie. Yes it possibly assisted in bringing about changes to the fast food industry, That doesn’t change the fact that he was a total fraud. See more John K @WQCMI Jul 19, 2026 Say what you want about this documentary, but it did help spread a message about healthy eating and the consequences of eating fast food. See more Jerry W @Jerry169 Jul 1, 2026 There should be more enlightening movies like this one! See more Rianne M @Maddenr May 19, 2026 This is truly a gratuitous documentary. If we are to treat it seriously, which is what the documentary seemingly wants us to do, it has a very flawed methodology, a laughable sample size, and a research question whose answer was already very well established; what a waste of time and resources. See more Logan G @RT13588246 Mar 24, 2026 Lies about not drinking when he was in fact caught drinking during this film, cherry picks answers to make him look better in the documentary, absolutely terrible idk why schools show this garbage See more Read all reviews
