Justin D @Justinpeter Jul 8 I thought this was an absolutely fantastic documentary about how the ketogenic diet is having a massive influence on peoples health and managing things and conditions such as diabetes. However, there is a catch and that’s high cholesterol. However, this documentary shows that it’s not as big concern as we might think. It shows the evidence as to why this is and I found it and absolutely fascinating and amazing documentary about the food that we eat and what it’s doing to our cognition, mental health and general health.
