The animation has some technical limitations, but the brutality of the confrontations and the constant tension guarantee excellent entertainment. It captures everything that makes Superman such an iconic character while delivering an emotional and action-packed story that feels genuinely impactful. What makes the film stand out is how well it balances large-scale action with quieter character moments. The relationships feel believable, which gives the story much more emotional weight compared to many other animated superhero films. The animation and voice acting are also some of the strongest in the DC Animated Movie Universe. The action sequences are intense without becoming overwhelming, and the pacing keeps the tension building naturally from beginning to end. Overall, it feels like one of the most complete and satisfying DC animated films ever made, combining strong storytelling, emotion, and spectacle perfectly. I rate it a 10/10. The focus of Lois and Clark’s relationship really makes the end of the movie more impactful. The way Doomsday is portrayed is done very well with how destructive and unstoppable he is. If you’re a fan of this storyline from the comics and DC animated movies this is a must see and a must have for your collection. See more Jorge A @RT56638770 Jul 12, 2025 Sin palabras... Es esencia de lo que Superman siempre debió ser en la línea principal de DC estudios. Drama, acción y secuencias de genuina autenticidad, con una animación pulcra y pulida que detalla de manera perfecta los límites del hombre de acero. See more matthias s @Thescreenasvor Nov 9, 2023 "The Death of Superman" is a thrilling and emotional animated movie that captures the iconic comic book storyline with impressive detail. As a fan of the original comic book arc, I was pleased to see that the movie stayed faithful to the source material, while also adding its own unique touches. The animation is top-notch, with fluid and dynamic fight scenes that showcase the raw power of Superman and his foes. The voice acting is also excellent, with standout performances from Jerry O'Connell as Superman and Rainn Wilson as the villainous Lex Luthor. One of the movie's strengths is its focus on the human side of Superman, exploring his relationships with Lois Lane, the Justice League, and the people of Metropolis. These emotional moments add depth and weight to the story, making the final battle all the more impactful. "The Death of Superman" is a must-watch for fans of the Man of Steel and superhero stories in general. It's an engaging and well-crafted movie that does justice to one of the most iconic moments in comic book history. See more Read all reviews
