Pleasant enough but sometimes jarring with the seriousness of what is at stake. Go to Full Review

[The Swedish Connection is] a must-watch for everyone (...) Stay with this story, marinate in its themes, draw a parallel between what you’ve seen on the screen and real life, and then rebel in whatever little way you can. Go to Full Review

Chris F 2h Sorry but lost interest early on during the film. Little atmosphere and acting left a lot to be desired. See more Debra G. @debgard 7h Awaking to see how other countries fought in WWII. I enjoyed it. See more Pongo K 11h A true story on how many jews were saved from the nazis during WW2. C it! See more Andrew B @Andrewgb 1d I enjoyed it. Light style but still conveyed the sinister nature of Nazi Germany and the dilemma faced by the Swedish govt. One small criticism: the fate of the Bondi boys was a central part of the film but it didn’t tell us what ultimately happened to them. It just left us hanging. See more Michael M. @michaelmjordan15 2d The Swedish connection is a history/drama film about a bundling group attempting to use loop holes to save J words from A.H during the h word. The film shows a great alternative perspective inside the h word while also showing some new sides of it of what happened during the 1940’s. The films narrative is great but can feel less emotional and impactful than it should be at times. The directing is great. I love the text we got every time we got introduced to a new location or characters. The acting and voice acting in the film is great and impactful for scenes. The cinema trophy felt historic and like you were really there while it all happened. Some scenes pacing felt slow and some times even boring and makes you wonder if it should have been a short film instead at times. The ending is emotional and a perfect way to end the movie with how it was from start to finish. Despite some criticisms involving the narrative and pacing, I believe audiences will find the Swedish connection to be an entertaining, enjoyable, and historic educated film. 6.5/10 See more Chris v @ZP170 2d I believe that this movie captures the Swedish dilemma of neutrality in WW2.
